Domain Transfer of Ownership Terms:

1. Buyer shall assume all responsibilies to confirm aspects of domain ownership, transfer and participatiing parties. ARCIVE.com will be released and not held accountable by any actions of Buyer, it's representatives, agents or present and future participants. ARCIVE.com will be released and not held accountable by any actions of any participants, domain registries, search engines or monetary entities involved in the payments, transfer or administration of domain.

2. ARCIVE.com will have a "trademark umbrella" that will protect it's other domains from trademark infringment law suits and takeovers.

3. ARCIVE.com will have a binding grandfathered agreement to be paid a 5 percent of any and all "future sales" if/when the buyer, and future buyers sell BikiniGirl.com or BikiniGirl.com is acquired in any way to larger companies or any other entity. This includes if the Buyer sells this domain for less than the purchase amount. We stipulate this because as domains can sell like Facebook for $500 MILLION, BROADCAST.com for $5 BILLION, TIK TOK for $40 BILLION! There is no doubt this domain will become invaluable at it will dominate the web that continues to expand. We don't want to hear on the news it sold for 100 times what I got for it. Like the guy who sold computers.com in the 1990's for $50,000... that guy didn't invision what this www was going to be...!!!

4. Buyer agrees to transfer these stipulations to all future buyers the domain. Buyer will agree to legally bind these terms to future trades and buyouts. These terms shall be transfrerred to all future owners for a period of 20 years after this sale. Buyer will be accountable for any failure to do so.

5.There will be an monetary aquisition amount for this buyout. This figure will determined by ARCIVE.com at the time of sale offer/acceptance.

6. A cash deposit of 10% of the aquisition amount will be required when I accept an offer, and the buyer will pay all administrative, escrow and legal costs of acquisition. ARCIVE.com will prefer to use GODADDY.COM's escrow service for secure payment and transfer of the domain. Buyer may choose a reputable escrow service and arrange the transfer of this domain. ARCIVE.com will then have the option to accept the Buyer's escrow choice or deny it. All costs of this escrow are to be paid by the buyer. When the deposit of escrow funds and our terms are met ARCIVE.com will accept transfers of ownership.


7. ARCIVE.com is owned SOLELY BY BRUCE GAST. No other entities or representative will be given authority to negotiate this transaction. Bruce Gast will have the absolute authority to accept or reject transfers of ownership.
